Ordering
DecoratorsBest accepts orders online and by telephone. E-mail notification will be sent to you confirming your order and another e-mail will advise you about shipping.
Payment
DECORATORS BEST accepts AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL. We do not accept other credit cards, debits, checks, cash or C.O.D.'s.
International Orders
If you are using a billing address outside of the US or Canada you must use PAYPAL to checkout. Any order that uses a credit card with a billing address outside the US or Canada WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
We can ship to most countries outside of the US and Canada. However, our website's shipping calculated only canculates domestic shipping fees. Therefore, please email customerservice@decoratorsbest.com for shipping rates to your address. Include your exact address and what will be in the order. We will then email you any additional shipping rate your order may require. You can then place your order through our website and if the international shipping rate we quoted you at is higher you will need to pay the difference.
There is a 3 roll/yard minimum on all international orders.
Presently we do not have the ability to ship samples internationally.
Privacy
To help protect against unauthorized disclosure of the information you share with us, DECORATORS BEST limits employee access to our customer files. All personal customer information is transmitted via a secure connection and maintained on a secure server that is administered by a service provider who has agreed not to disclose to third parties confidential information received from DECORATORS BEST . We take the security of your personal data extremely seriously, and provide top of the line security services throughout the checkout process.
SALES TAX
DECORATORS BEST is situated in New York and there is a NY State Sales Tax. Some manufacturers have showrooms in several locations and sales tax might be charged for the specific area where a customer is located. Sales Tax will be added when the order is placed and you will receive notification on your invoice.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Except for exceptional circumstances, you will
have your order within 10-14 WORKING days from the date
of your order. We will notify you via e-mail if for any reason the fabric is backordered or otherwise delayed. All fabrics are shipped FedEx Ground
or Ground UPS unless otherwise requested. Loss - If
a package is lost in shipping we will send a new shipment
out immediately.
There will be an additional shipping charge on Ralph Lauren orders placed online.
RETURNS
Please call 212-722-6449 before returning any fabric. All fabrics are returned to manufacturers AFTER they have issued specific instructions.
DECORATORS BEST only accepts returns on damaged fabric and wallpaper that is uncut and fabric memo returns. All sales become final after 30 days.
FABRIC & WALLPAPER SAMPLE RETURNS
Please send fabric and wallpaper memos back to
the manufacturers or to DecoratorsBest. Due to our administrative costs, we cannot refund our $5 samples. For $35 sample returns, we can refund the sample charge of $35 if the sample is returned directly to DecoratorsBest.
