Care Instructions: Dust with a soft damp cloth or soap and water. This piece can be cleaned with a soft brush and mild liquid detergent. Do not use cleaning materials with strong chemicals. The Roman Stone finish is porous so please be sure to wipe dry any leftover standing water.
Country of origin: Philippines
The Roman Stone finish is formed with natural crushed stone, therefore each piece may vary in coloration ranging between light and dark tones. These differences come from the tint of the natural stones with which the finish is produced. As a result, our Roman Stone items are bestowed with unique traits that give each piece their own distinct character.Due to the natural stone used in this product, small hairline cracks may be present and are considered normal. These small hairlines can only be seen close up and are not a cause for concern.

What is the difference between a sample and a cutting?
A sample comes from a random dye lot and its purpose is for you to determine if you want that particular design. A cutting (or CFA) is for the purpose of matching colors. It is much smaller than a sample and comes from the specific dye lot that is currently in stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse. Please note that CFAs are only available for active fabric items and Phillip Jeffries wallpaper.
Can I keep samples?
Samples are on loan and you may keep them until you are finished with them. However, when you are finished with them it is important to return them to the proper manufacturer. Returned samples are not refunded.
What sizes do samples come in?
All samples are meant for interior designers’ usage and are very generous. A large pattern will be a large rectangle for you to visualize it accurately. A solid pattern will be an adequate size to view the pattern.
Why are samples priced?
The $5 Sample Fee is a processing fee and is non-refundable unless you do not receive your sample. All samples are ordered online.
Can I track my samples?
Manufacturers often mail the samples via USPS and tracking is not available.

Phillips Collection accepts returns within a 30 day period from receipt of the product with a 25% restocking fee and return shipping paid by the customer. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and a photo of the problem.
