Hubbardton Forge Orders may be cancelled without penalty up until the item has entered manufacturing production. If the item has entered manufacturing production, a cancellation will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be received in like-new, uninstalled condition within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please refer to our full Returns policy for additional details.
