Samples are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping is free for samples. Hubbardton Forge orders may be cancelled without penalty up until the item has entered manufacturing production. If the item has entered manufacturing production, a cancellation will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be received in like-new, uninstalled condition.
