DO YOU HAVE STOCK?
DecoratorsBest does not carry any stock. All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
DecoratorsBest accepts orders online and by telephone. When an order is complete, an e-mail notification will be sent to you confirming your order and giving you a Purchase Order (PO) number.
PRICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Manufacturers may change their prices without notifying DecoratorsBest.
QUANTITY
In the Quantity section (QTY), fabric is sold by the yard (1 = 1 yard) and wallpaper is sold by the roll (1 = 1 roll). Grasscloth wallpaper and a few other types of wallpaper are sold by the yard (1 = 1 yard) and will be specified on the product page.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum order is one yard or roll. However, certain manufacturers and certain products have larger minimums as specified on each product page.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
DecoratorsBest accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal for U.S. Orders Only . We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If a product is available it will arrive within a normal 5-7 day period. For products shipping from outside the U.S., ETA is 2 week delivery window approximately. Samples take 7-10 business days for delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS ON BACKORDER?
DecoratorsBest will notify all customers if a product is backordered and will only process the order upon approval by the customer of the backorder date or 3 business days after backorder notice is sent, whichever is first. Because the order will ship directly from the manufacturer, DecoratorsBest will process your payment at the time your order is placed. Orders can be cancelled any time before shipment.
Backorder deliveries are usually within the week of a quoted date. Backorders are subject to change.
SALES TAX
DecoratorsBest is situated in New York and there is a NY State sales tax. Some manufacturers have showrooms in several locations and sales tax might be charged for the specific area where a customer is located. Sales tax will be added during checkout and it will show on your order confirmation. We do not know if sales tax will be charged until we are going through checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If we can cancel the order before shipment from the manufacturer, there will be a full refund. If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, please see our returns policy below.
DO YOU OFFER MEASUREMENTS?
DecoratorsBest cannot provide measurements for a project. We kindly recommend consulting with a professional. For wallpaper we offer wallpaper estimators to help guide you to how much you may need.
DecoratorsBest is not responsible for discrepancies between the estimator and what is actually needed for your project.

Returns

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT(S)
If your product arrives to you damaged, please email a picture of the damaged area and your order information to returns@decoratorsbest.com. You will receive a replacement product if available.
DECORATORSBEST RETURN POLICY
DecoratorsBest adheres to all return policies of our manufacturers. All returns (except damaged merchandise) with the manufacturer’s approval will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a $25 shipping fee unless otherwise noted. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please see below for our manufacturers’ return policies.
- Brunschwig & Fils accepts returns of a minimum of 5 yards for fabric/trim or 5 rolls for wallpaper.
- Beacon Hill no returns will be accepted on orders less than 6 yards unless the order is damaged.
- Cole & Son only accepts returns of a minimum of 5 yards for fabric or 5 rolls for wallpaper.
- Couture returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the client is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Cyan Design returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the client is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Duralee no returns will be accepted on orders less than 6 yards unless the order is damaged.
- Fabricut accepts returns of a minimum of 6 yards for fabric/trim or 6 rolls for wallpaper.
- Global Views returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the client is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Groundworks accepts returns of a minimum of 5 yards for fabric/trim or 5 rolls for wallpaper.
- Highland Court no returns will be accepted on orders less than 6 yards unless the order is damaged.
- Jamie Young products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- JF Fabric only accepts returns of a minimum of 6 yards.
- Kasmir products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- Kravet accepts returns of a minimum of 5 yards for fabric/trim or 5 rolls for wallpaper. Kravet Décor is final sale.
- Lee Jofa accepts returns of a minimum of 5 yards for fabric/trim or 5 rolls for wallpaper.
- Maxwell Fabrics accepts returns of a minimum of 6 yards of fabric. Velvet and special order fabric cannot be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping. Wallpaper is final sale and non returnable.
- Noir products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- Norwall accepts returns of a minimum of 2 rolls.
- Phillip Jeffries products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- Pindler accepts returns of a minimum of 5 yards of multipurpose fabric or 10 yards of drapery fabric.
- P/K Lifestyles accepts returns of a minimum of 1 yard.
- Ralph Lauren fabric, leather, and trim are final sale and may note not be returned. Uncut double rolls of wallcovering in their original packaging may be returned. Single rolls may not be returned for credit.
- Robert Allen no returns will be accepted on orders less than 6 yards unless the order is damaged.
- Roommates returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the client is responsible for shipping costs.
- Seabrook only accepts returns of a minimum of 2 single rolls (1 double roll) and must be in the original packaging.
- Schumacher accepts returns of a minimum of 6 yards for fabric. Uncut double rolls of wallcovering in their original packaging may be returned. Single rolls of wallpaper, or leftover rolls from an order, will not be accepted for credit
- Scalamandre products are final sale and are not returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- Stout accepts returns of a minimum of 1 yard and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a $25 return shipping fee.
- Winfield Thybony returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and the client is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- York only accepts returns of a 2-roll minimum and charges a 30% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

First Quality Merchandise guarantees that our clients are getting their new products directly from the manufacturers. All purchases are shipped to you or your workroom directly from them. You are assured of first quality merchandise – no impostors or "seconds" here!
Samples

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SAMPLE AND A CUTTING?
A sample comes from a random dye lot and its purpose is for you to determine if you want that particular design. A cutting (or CFA) is for the purpose of matching colors. It is much smaller than a sample and comes from the specific dye lot that is currently in stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse. Please note that CFAs are only available for active fabric items and Phillip Jeffries wallpaper.
CAN I KEEP SAMPLES?
Samples are on loan and you may keep them until you are finished with them. However, when you are finished with them it is important to return them to the proper manufacturer. Returned samples are not refunded.
WHAT SIZES DO SAMPLES COME IN?
All samples are meant for interior designers’ usage and are very generous. A large pattern will be a large rectangle for you to visualize it accurately. A solid pattern will be an adequate size to view the pattern.
WHY ARE SAMPLES PRICED?
The $5 Sample Fee is a processing fee and is non-refundable unless you do not receive your sample. All samples are ordered online.
CAN I TRACK MY SAMPLES?
Manufacturers often mail the samples via USPS and tracking is not available.
Please allow 7-10 business days for samples to arrive.
Samples are not available for the following manufacturers: Pindler, Fabricut, P/K Lifestyles.
Shipping And Handling
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
All orders shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States and are over $100 are eligible for free shipping. Any order under is charged a $25 flat shipping fee.
Cole & Son is experiencing shipping delays. Please allow extra time to receive your order.
IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
DecoratorsBest offers overnight and 2nd day shipping options that are listed at checkout. Please note that Cole & Son products cannot be expedited.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
All non-sample orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Tracking
DecoratorsBest sends automatic shipping notifications for the following brands:
Fabricut, York, Kravet, Pindler & Pindler and all brands under them.
Please inquire for tracking information from other brands.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost please contact us as soon as possible. We must be informed within 30 days of shipment of your order to properly file an investigation.
Returns from Shipping Damage Contact returns@decoratorsbest.com and we will e-mail you the RETURN AUTHORIZATION information from the shipper.
Privacy
To help protect against unauthorized disclosure of the information you share with us, DecoratorsBest limits employee access to our customer files. All personal customer information is transmitted via a secure connection and maintained on a secure server that is administered by a service provider who has agreed not to disclose to third parties confidential information received from DecoratorsBest. We take the security of your personal data extremely seriously, and provide top of the line security services throughout the checkout process. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
