Samples are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping is free for samples. Mercana The product is not damaged or defective (defective items must be submitted through the claims process). The product is in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Mercana must be notified within 10 days of receipt. All approved remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
