Samples are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping is free for samples. If you have not received your samples after 10 business days, please fill out our missing sample form on our website. If you don't see a sample button on the product page, then it is not available. Samples are final sale and non-refundable.

Crystorama To initiate a return, items must be in their original packaging and requested within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns initiated due to buyer's remorse will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns that are received in anything other than the original carton and/or if the crystals are opened a 50% restock fee will be charged. Please note that items with missing parts or crystals are not eligible for return.
