If you have not received your samples after 10 business days, please fill out our missing sample form on our website. If you don't see a sample button on the product page, then it is not available. Phillips Collection Accepts returns within 10 days of receipt of your order with a 25% restocking fee and return shipping paid by the customer. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and a photo of the problem must be provided.
