• Restocking Fees: All returns have a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer. We’ll always let you know if this applies.
• Return Shipping: If your item isn’t damaged or defective, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. To make things easier, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
• Refunds Made Simple: Once your return is received and approved by the manufacturer, your refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
• 30-Day Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: Fabric must be uncut. Wallpaper must be unopened and in its original wrapping.

We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible—if you have any questions, our team is happy to assist.
